Terms & Conditions For Admission

Admission Rules and Regulations

The admission process under Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria Ghorghushti has specific rules and regulations, divided into four main sections:

Admission Criteria for Dirasat-e-Deeniya, Middle School, and Dars-e-Nizami

  • For the first year of the middle school stage, only applicants who possess excellent qualifications up to the fifth grade or are Hafiz (those who have memorized the Quran) and are familiar with Urdu, Mathematics, and English at the fourth-grade level will be allowed to sit for the entrance exam.
  • Candidates above the age of 15 will not be admitted in the first year of the middle school stage unless they are Hafiz of the Quran or have passed Matriculation, in which case they may be allowed entry up to the age of 18. For candidates above 18, the decision regarding admission will be at the discretion of the Director of Education of Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria Ghorghushti, considering special circumstances.
  • If a student wishes to seek admission in the first grade, they must have at least the qualifications of Matriculation. Otherwise, such candidates may be proposed for any year of the middle school stage based on their capabilities.
  • New students will be required to submit a "Guarantee Letter" recommended by a trustworthy individual associated with Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria. This form can be obtained from the reception camp; admission will not be granted without it.
  • Only those new students whose previous federal year results show at least 60% will be eligible to participate in the written entrance exam.
  • The admission committee will first conduct a written examination for each new candidate, followed by an oral assessment of the successful candidates. Based on the candidate's qualifications, a decision will be made regarding (a) whether to grant admission or not, (b) approval for admission in the required grade, or (c) proposing another grade.

For admission to any grade, an examination of all standard books from the previous grade will be conducted. For example, to gain admission to the second grade, an exam will be held on the standard books of the first grade.

Admission Conditions for Girls' School and Dars-e-Nizami for Girls

  • Passing the middle school is essential for admission to Dars-e-Nizami.
  • The Quran should be read completely with Tajweed.
  • Success in the exam (Nazra: Quran, written test: Urdu, Mathematics, English).
  • Memorization of the Kalimas, Salah, and prescribed prayers.
  • A guarantee from a trustworthy individual from Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria.

Regulations

  • During education, female students must adhere to the aforementioned matters.
  • They will maintain their conduct in accordance with Quran and Sunnah.
  • They will perform their prayers punctually.
  • They will observe Islamic hijab.
  • They will inform the supervising teacher promptly in case of absence from school.
  • Without the permission of the director, they will not participate in modern subjects or private examinations.
  • They will regularly check their homework with the teacher and memorize the daily lessons.
  • They will arrive at school with a Mahram (a male guardian) and are not allowed to come with non-Mahram relatives.
  • Only a Mahram relative may contact or obtain information regarding a student's education and leave; others will not be entertained.
  • No fees are charged from female students.
  • They will not bring mobile phones to school.
  • They will not give any opportunity for complaints to the school administrators.

Uniform for Dars-e-Nizami and Dirasat

  • The uniform consists of a white shirt, shalwar (loose trousers), and a white dupatta (scarf) (the fabric of the uniform should not be transparent).
  • There should be no embroidery or lace on the uniform.
  • The length of the shirt should be two inches longer than the knees.
  • Sleeves must be full-length, and slits should not be large.
  • The uniform includes shalwar; trousers or pajamas are not allowed.
  • Simple sandals or shoes should be worn.

Hijab for Female Students

  • Students should use a "chador" (a type of shawl) for covering.
  • Students should also wear socks.
  • When wearing the chador, they should ensure to cover their hands and eyes.

Admission Criteria for the Hifz (Memorization) Department

  • The Quran should be read well.
  • The age should not exceed 12 years.
  • Two colored photographs.
  • Form (B) photocopy.
  • Photocopy of the guardian's ID card.

Admission Criteria for the Tajweed for Huffaz Department

  • Should be a good Hafiz.
  • Should possess middle school qualifications.
  • Two colored photographs.
  • Form (B) or photocopy of the ID card.
  • Photocopy of the guardian's ID card.
  • Written and oral examinations will be conducted for admission; only after passing both will admission be granted.

Note: The decision to grant or deny admission will be made considering all general matters, conditions, and prohibitions related to admission at Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria.
