The admission process for the Dars-e-Nizami department will commence after the Eid ul-Fitr holidays, from 09 Shawal to 15 Shawal. Therefore, prospective students are requested to refer for admission procedures during the specified dates.
New students will be deemed eligible to participate in the written entrance examination if their previous federal examination results are at least 60%.
The admission committee will first conduct a written examination for each new candidate, and then successful candidates will undergo an oral assessment. After evaluating the candidate’s capability, a decision will be made regarding:
Whether to admit the candidate or not.
Approval for admission at the desired level.
Suggesting an alternative level.
For admission to any level, an examination of all "Standard Texts Book" from the preceding level will be conducted.
The duration of the Mutawassita stage is three years, and the educational duration from the initial level to the completion of Hadith is eight years.
During the three-year period from the first year of the Mutawassita stage to the third year, contemporary subjects will be taught from sixth grade to eighth grade. However, during this time, subjects such as Persian, Hadr, Manzil, and Fiqh & Sirah, etc., will also be included as additional subjects in the curriculum.
After the Mutawassita stage, the general secondary stage lasts eight years, starting from the first year (initial level) to the second year of the Alim stage (Dora-e-Hadith), exclusively dedicated to religious and Arabic sciences and arts included in Dars-e-Nizami.
All candidates wishing to enroll must bring their previous educational certificates, examination results, and a copy of their Form B or identity card.
While studying at the Jamia, it is essential to obtain permission from the board for examinations in contemporary subjects (from the beginning of the year).
Establishing any connection for tutoring, muezzin services, or leading prayers without the permission of the President of the Jamia or the Director of Education is prohibited.
Possessing mobile phones with cameras, radios, tape recorders, and any other items that may hinder the pursuit of knowledge is strictly forbidden.
A student will be expelled after 50 hours (periods) of absence in a month and 100 hours (periods) of absence in a year.
Admission cannot be guaranteed for students arriving after the specified admission dates for both new and returning students.
