The Holy Quran is the foundation of Islam and the guide for the lives of Muslims. At Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria Ghorghushti, the Shuba Nazira and Hifz-e-Quran provides high-quality Nazira (recitation) and Hifz (memorization) education. The purpose of this department is to enable students to memorize the Quran and train them to live their lives according to Islamic teachings.
In the Shuba Nazira and Hifz-e-Quran, students first receive Nazira education, and after completing it, they officially begin memorizing the Quran. Experienced teachers guide the students and assign them specific portions of the Quran to memorize each day. Special attention is given to correct pronunciation, Tajweed (rules of recitation), and articulation points.
So far, Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria Ghorghushti has produced hundreds of Huffaz (those who have memorized the Quran). In addition, a Quranic School has been established in Masjid Khajoor Wali, and there are plans to set up more Quranic schools in various locations across Ghorghushti.
