The Shuba Mutawassita provides standard education for children in grades six, seven, and eight. The examinations for this department are conducted under the auspices of Wafaq-ul-Madaris.

This department is of great importance within the Jamia. It provides standard education in modern subjects for girls from nursery to eighth grade in an Islamic environment. Alhamdulillah, this department is successfully fulfilling its objectives.
The Shuba Dirasat-e-Deeniya offers a two-year course in religious education for college and university students, business people, and working men and women, facilitating the acquisition of religious knowledge.
In addition to Hifz and Nazira, a separate department for Tajweed has been established at Jamia Darul Uloom Naseeria Ghorghushti. This department provides Tajweed courses for Hafiz students, focusing on practical exercises of rules and the beautification of recitation.
